Williams brings 140 units to one of Portland’s vibrant, walkable neighborhoods.

Located at the intersection of NE Willams and NE Failing, the project delivers a dense solution to infill on an existing vacant lot. The project offers ground-level townhomes and retail to activate and support the pedestrian experience. The private courtyard for residents blends a wild landscape experience with moments for gathering. On the building's exterior, we composed a textural brick collage to create a contemporary but timeless backdrop to the Williams area.
