Kenton is a 27-unit multi-family housing block located in North Portland.

The building is expressed in three different components to break down the scale of the overall parcel. Both townhomes and apartments are aggregated along each elevation with the addition of retail.

The building relies on an organic arrangement of windows and a warm material palette to create a playful but sincere relationship with its surrounding context.
