Courtyard Corners clusters three four-story buildings around a sloped central courtyard.

The project provides ample outdoor space through a dynamic entry sequence that welcomes its residents home with a feature stair. Notches between buildings reach inward from each edge of the project to create abundant corner balconies. As buildings step upward along their site, they offset adjacent balconies, resulting in multiple private outdoor spaces and shared terraces scattered throughout the project.
