City Planning Commission approves Cahuenga Campus

In a vote cast at its meeting today, the Los Angeles City Planning Commission moved to support for the latest proposed Hollywood office complex from Bardas Investment Group.

In late 2021, the West Hollywood-based developer filed an application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning for the construction of an approximately 75,000-square-foot office campus at 1200 N. Cahuenga Boulevard. The proposed project calls for the construction of two new buildings on the property, while retaining a third existing structure which has long served as a school.
